Lunch: For lunch, do not overindulge. Eat foods that will provide nutrients to fuel your body through the afternoon.

Snack: When you start to get hungry again, eat some carrots or celery with peanut butter.

Dinner: Eat dinner as you usually do, but try to eat less of it. You haven’t been fasting since lunch as you regularly do, so your body should not be as hungry as it usually is.

Snack: A few hours after dinner, have a small bite to tide you over until the morning.

If you eat frequent smaller meals throughout the day, you will eat fewer calories, which will help you lose weight.
